Southampton Everton tie the series without a network

SOUTHAMPTON: Southampton failed to finalize a pot of gold at the first cause the Club draw 0-0 with Everton, in the early morning.

Southampton visits dominated the match against the visitors, but a finishing touch sides makes them collapsing in hunting network. Rickie Lambert had the best chance, but failed to clog free kick from network through a 23 meters into the goal.

In the second half, Everton had dominated the match but is still drawn goals for the first time in colours.

New Southampton Manager, Mauricio Pochettino, greeted with support of fans after taking over the team from Nigel Adkins who fired.

"I think today we've done our best, we've created at least seven good opportunities for scoring," said Pochettino through a translator.

"What's embarrassing is we couldn't score any goals ... we just need a bit of luck."-AFP
